崗位描述

• Working aggressively to conclude orders with customer 主動(dòng)工作并與客戶達(dá)成訂單

• Visiting customer frequently and maintaining good customer relationship 主動(dòng)拜訪客戶并與客戶維持良好的合作關(guān)系    

• Communicating clearly with customer to clarify the technical requirements 與客戶溝通，明確技術(shù)需求；

• Preparing the quotation 制定報(bào)價(jià)單；

• Technical clarification with customer independently 獨(dú)立與客戶進(jìn)行技術(shù)澄清與溝通；

• Commercial negotiation independently with customer and risk management 獨(dú)立進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理；    

• Preparing the manufacturing instruction and project handling 下達(dá)生產(chǎn)指令和項(xiàng)目管理；

• Actively following up all payments to be paid by customer 跟進(jìn)客戶貨款的支付；

• Communicating with headquarter and other departments independently for order execution, as well as new project 與集團(tuán)總部以及其他部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)，保證訂單的順利執(zhí)行；

• Working together with process and lab team for trial / FAT test 協(xié)調(diào)安排實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)和出廠前的測試；    

• Communicating with service team for on-site commissioning / startup 協(xié)調(diào)安排服務(wù)人員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)試或開車；    

• Working together with process team to offer process supports to customers 協(xié)調(diào)安排工藝團(tuán)隊(duì)給客戶提供工藝技術(shù)支持 ；

• Coordinating internally to fix the complaints from customer until satisfaction 協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部人員幫助客戶解決問題并使客戶滿意

Education 教育程度

• Diploma degree or above大專以上學(xué)歷

• Major in mechanical engineering and design, polymer science will be as plus.機(jī)械工程和設(shè)計(jì)以及高分子材料專業(yè)優(yōu)先

Certification、 license & Special Training資格、證書及特殊培訓(xùn)

• CET6 will be as plus.

Experience 經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Minimum of 2 years sales experience in machinery / chemical industry.

2年以上機(jī)械/化工塑料行業(yè)銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Critical knowledge and Skills知識(shí)和技能

• Proven analysis, coordination, communication, planning, studying and executing ability. 分析、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通、計(jì)劃、學(xué)習(xí)與執(zhí)行能力

• Negotiation ability 談判能力

• Be familiar with computer and MS office熟練使用電腦及MS office

• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability 有良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；
